In collaboration with the AANS/CNS Section on Tumors, the NREF is proud to announce two new partnerships with the Southeastern Brain Tumor Foundation (SBTF) and StacheStrong to award two additional NREF Research Fellowship Grants, focused on brain tumor research, for the 2020-21 academic year.

The mission of the Southeastern Brain Tumor Foundation, a 501(c)3 not for profit organization, is to improve the quality of life for brain tumor patients and their families and to raise funds for brain tumor research and investigator-initiated clinical trials focused on finding a cure for brain tumors.

StacheStrong is a 501(c)3 organization devoted to raising funds and awareness for brain cancer research. Their goal is to flip the script on glioblastoma and find a cure.
